Registered businesses are responsible for maintaining their account credentials securely. You agree not to share your login details with third parties. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Content and Listings
All content uploaded by businesses, including descriptions, images, and contact information, must comply with local laws. NePrizren reserves the right to remove or edit content that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates our policies.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are processed every 90 days. All transactions are secure, and sensitive credit card data is never stored on our servers. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms outlined in your subscription agreement.
4. Platform Availability
NePrizren strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee availability at all times. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect access. Users acknowledge and accept this possibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
NePrizren is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. We are not responsible for third-party services, listings, or user-provided content.
